Ah, the hot Austin sun beaming down and scorching your skin, crowds and crowds of people that you don't know and wish would move so you can get closer, local food, and port-a-potties. The glory that is the Austin City Limits Music Festival. And it's here! The highly awaited ACL line-up! After hearing many rumors and seeing a few confirmations in the past couple of days, the results are in and I am pleased to announce that the following bands are performing in the 11th year of the festival:

I'm so excited, this is such a good year. Particularly The Black Keys, The Shins, M83, Tegan and Sara, Two Door Cinema Club, Crystal Castles, Metric, Umphrey's McGee, Bombay Bicycle Club (THIS ONE THE MOST), Tennis, Stars, Kimbra, First Aid Kit, and a couple of others. Looks like I'm gonna be skipping a Friday of classes in October.
Every week or so, I'll post a song from one of these artists, to keep myself in the vibe, to keep y'all in the know, and just because that's what I'm doing on this blog, anyhoo.
